Title Extend the term

After the "initial run" at the beginning of term, the country was ruled for a very short period of time (2-3 years maximum) before the country was back in the election phase *. It is therefore more difficult to make decisions affecting long frame (5 years), as the policy rate follows the electoral pace. We could extend the duration of the legislature, and to allow "that we can work peacefully in one direction for at least 7-9 years in a row."
